Pre-mixed concrete bags are available in three common sizes. Each yields a specific volume of concrete when mixed with water:

Most 80lb concrete bags require about 3 quarts (0.75 gallons) of water. The exact amount depends on the desired consistency and the specific mix design. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions printed on the bag. Too much water weakens the concrete; too little makes it difficult to work with.

❓ Can I pour concrete directly on dirt?
