How to Use the Grade Calculator

Weighted Grade Formula
Weighted Grade = Σ (Assignment Grade × Weight) / Σ Weights. All weights should sum to 100% for accurate percentage. Our tool calculates the weighted average even if weights don't sum to 100%.
Final Exam Score Formula
Required Final Score = (Desired Grade − Current Grade × (1 − Final Weight)) / Final Weight, where weights are in decimal form (e.g., 25% = 0.25).
